We had a choice of agents to work with, in a ever softening and highly uncertain marketplace. Right from the start Gerda presented the right solution and backed that up with the right attitude, energy, and professionalism.
Although viewing numbers were low due to the uncertainty with interest rates, government legislation and the inflation, Gerda never gave up on Open Homes and follow up contact with those that did view. She also provided trade contacts in regard to getting a vendor’s building report and builder to fix a minor issue.
Importantly, she also negotiated a storage solution with the purchaser due to a settlement date which didn’t fit with our moving abilities. All round, we would highly recommend Gerda.
